8 months old

Lucas is already 8 months old! He is growing up so fast. Three of his teeth on top have popped through just within the last few days and one more is about to come through. That means he will have 6 teeth! He will soon have a nice toothy grin. He is such a content baby even with his teeth coming in. The only change we saw in him is that he woke up early in the mornings for a few days but he would quickly go back to sleep when we went in and gave him his binky. We are so lucky that he is such a good little guy. Once the teeth broke through he went back to sleeping until 8.
He is so curious about everything around him. He loves reaching for things and almost immediately puts them in his mouth. His method of moving is rolling from his back to his tummy and trying to reach things. He hasn't figured out that if he keeps rolling he can go farther. He normally will roll from back to tummy and then tummy to back and kind of shift so he can grab something. He hasn't really shown any interest in crawling yet, but we are pretty content with that. We know that he will be moving all over in no time. He likes to walk when holding our hands, even though he steps on his own toes. He still loves yellow ducks and especially Tillie on Baby First TV. He can watch that anytime and will just get a big smile on his face. I will post a video of him watching it.
He is such a happy baby. He always makes us laugh. It is so fun to see him growing up and learning new things. We love him so much and just want to squeeze and kiss him so much!
