Fall

Fall is definitely my favorite season. We have great fall weather here. It has been in the 60s and sunny. There is a crispness in the air. The leaves are absolutely gorgeous. It has been fun to rake the leaves with the sole purpose of jumping in them. 

 

He is packing for Grandma and Grandpa's here. As you can see the important stuff, his toys. He spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa's for the first time and did great!

After church on October 20, we went to walk around the temple. We were married there 7 years ago. It looked beautiful with the colors just like it did on our wedding day. The sky was blue as can be just like our wedding day too. On the way there we told Lucas that we got married there and he asked "And that is when you became mommy and daddy?"

Playing in the leaves with friends. Lucas asked the other day if we could rake "and then our friends will come and play in the leaves with us." He loves playing with friends.

Wait, leaves are something that I can throw at other people?

Summer

We have been having a fun-filled summer. I have been slacking in keeping up with the blog lately, so we are going to do a recap in pictures. And I have a few more posts to post.

 

We went to Ryan's uncle's lake house and he took us out on the boat. Lucas loved it.

Ice cream is a must on summer days

Lucas chose to wear his batman cape to the library and I loved every second of it

This bunny has been hanging out in our yard most nights and Lucas loves it. Apparently it is our neighbor's, but he kind of just runs around the neighborhood.

We needed to changed the battery and Lucas got his batman gloves on to help

We still have a lot of yard sale stuff and Lucas found these ski boots and calls them his Buzz Lightyear boots

Another garage sale find that he loves to wear

Baseball game. He loved climbing up and watch the pitcher and catcher warm up in the bullpen

Summer fun

There are so many fun things to do in the summer: swimming, jumping on the trampoline, going to the park, going on walks, yard sales, splash pad park. We are loving the good weather and having so much fun playing outside everyday.
