Olympian Lucas

I am not sure what sport this can qualify as, but Lucas is pretty good at it! He only likes doing it on my feet, Ryan's feet must be too big.

Fun times

We like to walk outside and get the mail when Ryan is about to come home and then Lucas gets to help Ryan pull the truck into the driveway. Lucas is so happy to help.

This is another of his career aspirations: anything with hangers. He goes crazy in our closet and his closet. We were at a store and this was his favorite spot to be.

I took a picture of him on my phone on Easter at church. He was playing with a broken cell phone but just looked like a little man. I love how the family next to us was just watching and laughing at him.

Park day

This park that we were at had a big sand volleyball court. He loved playing in the sand.

Hairdresser and Cleaner

Lucas loves being right by my side, basically all day long. He has recently learned how to climb on the toilet and stands there while I get ready. He will take my makeup brushes, hairbrushes, and combs to use them correctly. He made me give him my curling iron (not hot or plugged in) and he started "curling" his hair.

I was sweeping the floor today and Lucas got the dustpan and started "helping" me. I grabbed the little sweeper and gave it to him, thinking that it would be easier to use than the broom, but I guess he didn't know what it was and started brushing his hair. Silly boy.

Future Jedi and Singer/Songwriter

Career Aspiration

We like to think that some of the things that Lucas is interested in right now are some of his career aspirations. He loves opening the cupboard with the pots and pans. He takes them all out and puts the lids on and moves them all around. If he has a spoon or anything that resembles a spoon, he will stir. So one of his career aspirations right now is a cook/chef/iron chef/next great baker. Stay tuned for more of his aspirations.
